Microsoft working on new UI Changes for Cortana for Windows 10 Redstone 2

As we have revealed earlier that Microsoft is planning to release Redstone 2 to general public in March 2017. The company is having plans to release lot of new features to Windows 10 PC and Mobiles.

One of such new features the company is planning is a Change of UI for its Voice Assistant Cortana. The company plans to release lot of more new features apart from UI change for Cortana.

Here are some of the changes the company is testing internally for Cortana.

Search Box On Top

The company is planning to move the search box to the top This will be visible as soon as you type something.

White Search Box

When you turn Cortana on the search box will be white in your taskbar. This would be meaning that you might actually get a white theme for the taskbar in a future version of Windows 10.

Note: First you need to sign out and then sign in for the White Theme to appear.

Show Search Icon Left Of Search Box

Cortana will display a search icon left of the text in the search box.

 

Submit Button on the Right Of Search Box

A Submit button is displayed on the right side of the search box.

These are some of the changes we could get our hands on the new UI for Cortana which the company is testing internally currently.

Fast Ring Insiders might get there hands on the new Cortana UI prior to its public release.
